- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

- Late starts may result in a shortened appointment time to accommodate other clients.
4. Preparation:
- Please be prepared for appointment with a clean and moisturized face to ensure the best application results.
- If you have a specific look in mind, feel free to bring inspiration photos or any makeup products you'd like me to use.
5. Group Bookings:
- For group bookings, a list of all participants and their desired looks must be provided in advance.
- A non-refundable booking fee per person is required for group bookings.
6. Payments:
- The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
